Accessibility Notice

The San Antonio Philharmonic is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming experience for all patrons.

Due to the historic nature of the Scottish Rite Cathedral, and in accordance with the Office of Historic Preservation, our venue is ADA compliant. However, please note that the main concert hall is not currently wheelchair accessible, as it requires ascending a flight of stairs. We are actively in construction planning for a new elevator that will make the hall fully accessible in the near future.

For guests using wheelchairs or with limited mobility:

• Our ballroom is wheelchair accessible, and select concerts may offer live-streamed performances from this location.
• Please contact us in advance at hello@saphil.org so we can coordinate any accommodations you may need.

ADA Seating

While ADA-designated seats are not sold separately online, we reserve accessible seating at every performance. These seats are available with the purchase of a standard concert ticket.

We encourage you to reach out prior to your visit to coordinate the best seating for your needs. Of course, our Box Office staff will also be available on-site to assist on the day of the show.
